Hi there! I'm Myriam.
I’m an illustrator and graphic designer from Budapest, represented by Magpie Illustration Agency. I graduated from METU with a BA and MA in graphic design.
I’m interested in all fields of illustration but picture book making is my real passion. My art is often inspired by nature and I love drawing animals with human characteristics. I love experimenting with the visual representation of emotions and visual metaphors. I'm an avid sketchbook consumer, who loves working with mixed media techniques, combining traditional and digital media: I draw, I paint, and I make collages.
Currently, I'm also working as a graphic designer at a publishing house, where I design books and book covers.
